Kenavia is a product of AVD Labs LLC. Card payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record: on your statement the charge appears as “Sold through Link” and the tax invoice is issued by Stripe. Your service contract remains with AVD Labs LLC.
You have fourteen calendar days from payment to undo your purchase and get the full amount back, without having to explain why and with no deduction for the days you already used the service. Just write to us at [email protected] from the same email address you bought with, or call us. There are no forms.
We refund everything as long as you have not generated more than two training programs. One is to try it and two is to be sure; from the third onwards the work is done and it is yours. On the One and One ×5 plans, which include one program, the refund is always full.
We answer your request within the following five business days, and the refund is issued no later than fourteen calendar days after you tell us your decision. The money goes back by the same payment method you bought with; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Your plan renews on its own each year, at the renewal price published on the pricing page. You can cancel whenever you want: the following year is then not charged and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. What you paid for the current year is not pro-rated.
Setup and assisted curation are work done by people and are agreed separately from the subscription: once scheduled and delivered, they are not refundable. Workshop credits are not refundable either, under clause 4 of the Terms and conditions.
If you are buying as a consumer, the consumer protection rules of your country apply above anything this page says, and this page cannot take away any right the law gives you. Stripe may also issue refunds on its own initiative within sixty days of the purchase.
