Account data (name, email, company, department), learning usage data (progress, marks, study time, points and achievements) and the documents your company uploads in order to generate programs.
To operate the platform: authentication, running programs, metrics for your instructor and administrator, notifications about assignments and expiry dates, and content generation requested by your company.
With the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service: cloud infrastructure, language processing, speech synthesis, production and distribution of audiovisual content, and email delivery. All of them operate under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data to third parties. The list of processors and sub-processors is available to our customers in the annex to their contract.
On cloud infrastructure with restricted access, encrypted traffic (TLS) and regular backups. Progress reports are visible only to the management roles of your own company, never to other companies.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. When an account is deleted, only the records required by legal or audit obligations are retained.
