The method

The engine produces. The engineering decides.

No program is published until someone at your company signs off on it twice. This is how knowledge comes in, gets built, and goes out.

Step 1 · The signal

Build programs from what you already have.

A procedure, a product sheet, a sales deck, an internal policy, minutes of a meeting, your equipment catalog. Whatever exists will do, and it does not have to be tidy or complete: up to eight documents at once.

And what is written down nowhere? Sit the person who knows it down and let them talk: Kenavia transcribes that conversation and turns it into the starting document.

Step 2 · The diagnosis

First we tell you whether your material is enough.

Before producing anything, Kenavia reads what you uploaded and answers straight: whether the material is enough, whether it is enough with reservations, and what is missing. It also suggests other programs that could come out of the same material.

It is the one part of the process where the answer can be “not yet”.

Step 3 · First signature

You approve the outline before a single line is written.

How many lessons, in what order, at what depth, how many questions the exam will have, and which pieces get produced: audio, animated lesson, podcast, materials for in-person delivery. What costs money is decided on purpose.

Step 4 · Second signature

And you approve the texts before publishing.

The lessons are read, whatever needs fixing gets fixed, questions are struck from the bank. Nothing reaches your people without someone at your company having read it.

What comes out

What comes out is not a course: it is your capital, made program.

And if the training program is about a system, Kenavia tells you exactly which screenshots to take, screen by screen. You capture; we direct.

Three ways to deliver it

Your program, wherever you need it.

In Kenavia

The classroom itself, with the app on your people’s phones and all the tracking. It is what most companies use.

In your own LMS

A self-contained SCORM package: download it, upload it to your platform, and it runs without phoning home to us.

In a room

A deck per lesson, a facilitation guide, a participant workbook and a printed exam with an answer sheet.

And in any of the three, the training program can carry on at the workstation after the exam. That is On the Job, and it is where the method stops being production and turns into a result.
