Two hours working together on your program: your expert confirms the content is correct and our instructional designer sharpens the objectives, exercises and exam. The session requires the person in your organisation who knows the subject to be present; we do not validate technical content on your behalf.
I do not know which plan I need
We tell you before it becomes a problem. You can move up a plan at any time and only pay the difference for the time you have left; nobody loses access halfway through a program.
The plan is per company, not per area. What counts is the total number of people in the organisation, however many departments, sites or brands they are spread across. A person is anyone with an account who can open a program: employee, associate, contractor or volunteer, it makes no difference.
You do. The texts, questions and materials that come out of your documents belong to your company. The engine, the templates and the player belong to Kenavia and are licensed for as long as your plan lasts.
Your programs and your people’s records are kept. While the account is up to date you can carry on training; if the subscription ends, you can take with you any SCORM packages you bought and the personnel files as PDFs.
Yes, in two ways. In the demo we take a document of yours and hand back the program, built: forty minutes, no commitment and nothing to install. And if you decide to sign up, you have a fourteen-day guarantee: we refund the full amount, without deducting the days you used.
Prices are shown in euros and before VAT; tax is calculated at checkout based on your company’s country.
No. The programs and the people on the account belong to the organisation that signed up. If you want to sell training to third parties, let’s talk: there are routes for that and they are agreed separately.
Each organisation can have one One or One ×5 plan. If you need more people or more programs, the route is to move up to Team or Seed.
